Are you looking for a parcel that you can post and enjoy exclusive use? Check out Lyme's Land Posting Lease Program. Check on the Posting Lease Available listing and view what parcels are currently open. This listing is updated several times each month as parcels are leased and new areas become available. There are some very nice lease parcels on the list so now is a great time to start looking.

Adirondack Cabin Site License ProgramLooking for that right spot to build a cabin but exclusive use is not a priority, Lyme's Cabin Site License Program may be for you. Under the Conservation Easement, some of Lyme's larger forest tracts were open to public recreation but Lyme retained the right to build a limited number of new camps on these tracts. You don't have exclusive use but you may be surrounded by thousands of acres of Lyme forestland and in some cases thousands of acres of NYS Forest Preserve that you can recreate on. Check on the Cabin Site listing to see where sites are available on Lyme's timberlands.

Be sure to sign up for our newsletter, under the navigation to the left, for email updates of new leasing oportunities and cabin sites as they become available.

Take a few minutes to look through our Website and fill out the Info Request Form to get more detailed maps of those parcels or cabin sites that you are interested in. To get a general idea of where they are located, match up the Map Code Number on the listing with the Tract Number on the Location Map.

Have more questions? Please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss what you are looking for in an outdoor recreation experience so you can join the many groups that are already taking advantage of Lyme's Lease program. Good Luck and Good Hunting!
